Pre-launch waitlist

Terms of Use

Effective date: Pre-launch draft.

These Terms apply to the ChapterSprout pre-launch landing page and waitlist. By joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

The waitlist is for parents, legal guardians, educators, and other adult supporters. Children should not join the waitlist or submit personal information through the landing page. Please do not submit child names, emails, schools, addresses, writing samples, exact birthdates, or other child-identifying details through the waitlist.

These Terms are a conservative working draft for the pre-launch waitlist only and require owner, legal, and privacy review before public launch.

What ChapterSprout is

ChapterSprout is a parent-gated creative writing platform in development. The product is intended to help young Authors start stories, keep writing, and grow their own story worlds. AI may support guidance or reader-style feedback in the future, but the child remains the author.

Who may join the waitlist

The waitlist is for parents, legal guardians, educators, and other adult supporters. Children should not join the waitlist or submit personal information through the landing page. Please do not submit child names, emails, schools, addresses, writing samples, exact birthdates, or other child-identifying details through the waitlist.

No guaranteed access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to ChapterSprout, early access, beta participation, launch timing, feature availability, pricing, or any specific product experience. We may change, delay, limit, or discontinue the waitlist, beta, or product plans.

Your submissions

You are responsible for the information you submit. Please provide only accurate adult contact information and high-level product feedback. Do not submit confidential information, child personal information, child writing samples, or sensitive family details through the waitlist form.

Feedback

If you share comments, suggestions, or feedback about ChapterSprout, you allow us to use that feedback to improve, develop, market, or operate ChapterSprout without obligation to compensate you. We will not use child personal information or child writing samples for marketing unless a parent/legal guardian has authorized it and legal/privacy review supports it.

Email communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree that ChapterSprout may send you emails about product updates, early access, surveys, launch news, and related information. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option.

Intellectual property

ChapterSprout's name, copy, visuals, product concepts, designs, and other materials on the landing page belong to ChapterSprout or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them except as allowed by law or with permission.

No professional advice

ChapterSprout is not a legal, medical, psychological, or professional advice service, and it is not a substitute for individualized educational, therapeutic, or professional support. Any writing support, parent-facing information, or product content is for general creative writing support and product communication only.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the landing page, attempt to interfere with the site, submit harmful code, scrape or harvest information, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use the waitlist in a way that could harm ChapterSprout, families, children, or other people.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the waitlist page as ChapterSprout develops. The full product will need updated terms before launch, especially before parent accounts, child Author profiles, Reader Checks, Visual Rewards, billing, publishing/export, classroom use, or other live product features are available.
